THATCamp ARLIS/NA + VRA Registration deadline, Friday, Nov. 13

THATCamp ARLIS/NA + VRA 2016, a pre-conference to the joint ARLIS/NA + VRA 2016 Seattle 2016 conference, will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, at the Westin Seattle hotel.

THATCamp stands for “The Humanities and Technology Camp.” It is an unconference where humanists and technologists of all skill levels learn and build together in an informal, collaborative atmosphere. The unconference format allows for a variety of crowdsourced sessions and topics. The schedule is based on proposals from accepted participants in the time leading up to the THATCamp. As a group, we will vote on the content the morning of March 8th. Those who propose events are expected to lead and moderate the self-proposed sessions if they are voted into the schedule.

Registration is free but attendance is limited to 75 participants to ensure a lively and engaged atmosphere. Apply now to let us know why you want to attend and what ideas you want to share.

Register here before the end of day, Friday, November 13.

We look forward to seeing you there.
